- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons cornflour
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 egg
Cut chicken breast into small pieces then place it in a blender or food processer and grind it until smooth.
Add chicken into bowl along with salt and pepper. Mix well.
Form nuggets using your hands. Tip - use wet hands. Place nuggets into the fridge to set.
Add flour, cornflour, salt, onion powder to a bowl. Mix well
Add egg into a separate bowl and whisk well.
Take one nugget, dip in egg then into flour mixture. Repeat.
Add to hot oil and cook for approx 3 minutes each side.
Serve hot & enjoy.
